A complete refurbishment of a building's common areas. On the floor, a full-length sculptural planter clad in wengé seems to float thanks to flush perimeter lighting. The lifts are framed in wengé outlined with slim light lines; full-height technical cupboards conceal risers and meters — without ever blocking access to them.
The project thread
The challenge of common areas: staying fully serviceable while aiming for luxury. Every technical panel lifts off, every utility remains reachable behind joinery that gives nothing away. Wengé, LED light-lines and stone speak the same dark, luminous language.
